You found him! I have over 20 years of teaching and over 30 years playing experience. My background includes classical and jazz, but I am NOT old-fashioned!
My goal is to always help you become the best piano player possible. I teach loosely based off the ABRSM syllabus , which sets an excellent foundation for piano skills. I am also a member of the Michian Music Teacher's Association (MMTA) & the National Music Teacher's Association (NMTA). My studio of over 35 students encompass all age ranges, from children to retirees. My teaching philosophy emphasizes confidence, honesty, accountability, and a well-rounded approach to piano. Every student is unique however, and helping you meet your musical goals is my priority!
I am primarily a travelling teacher (lessons in your home) with the school districts of Rockford, Greenville, Cedar Springs, and Belding being my home areas. Please contact me for scheduling, rates, and further details.
